Business breakfast on March 06, 2018 took place in the luxury restaurant “Stage” in the city center and included the following parts:
- Welcome speech of the Ambassador of Peru to Russia Mr Benjamin Chimoy
- Presentation of OCEX representative dedicated to PTM 2018: main goals, schedule, advantages, pre- and post-tours
- Presentation of Daria Falovskaya – PTM 2018 in details (free Lima city tours, pre- and post-tours), different regions and touristic places incl. new and not very good known areas and attractions. All 10 pre- and post-tours where presented, all main places which are included in the tours where described and shown. This gave the tour operators an understanding of what they will experience and visit in case of participation in PTM pre/ and post-tours, the knowledge about different regions and information how the itineraries for their clients can be created. In the presentation were also included important and interesting facts, history, useful advices for tour planning, expressions and personal experience after trips to Peru.
- Presentation of Air France/KLM representative Galina Dolgaya – flights and schedule of Air France/KLM from Russia to Peru, news of the airlines, specifics of booking and special conditions for tour operators who participate in PTM 2018 form the Russian market.
24 leading managers and directors of the TOP tour operating companies were present what is a big success.
The tour operators very much appreciated the participation in the event of the Ambassador and representatives of the Embassy and OCEX. They also liked program of the event, detailed information and new facts about Peru as well as necessary information about PTM what they expressed after the event and in the feedback emails.
Air France/KLM confirmed that the airlines will offer special discounted air tickets for the tour operators who will participate in PTM 2018: 20% off on the economy class ticket rate and 25% off on the business class ticket rate what is very good promotion.
